Bills in the EmoKingdom03_ Empire are introduced by a member of Parliament for debate and discussion.

Once the bill has been discussed, The Speaker of the House may call a vote to enact the bill into law.

Generally, bills require a simple majority in voting, but the Speaker may call for a 2/3rds majority depending on the bill.

After the bill has been voted on and received a enough votes in favor of it becoming a law, at least one member of The Royal Council must sign the bill to grant it Royal Assent, and officially enacting it as a law of The EmoKingdom03_ Empire.

Laws passed by the Parliament apply in all Kingdoms, Colonies, and Territories, and lands controlled by the Empire.
