THE FIRELOCKS ACT of 2025

& His Royal Highness The Lt. King M. Sauvage.
The following bill is hereby proposed to establish a comprehensive framework for the licensing, training, and pricing of firelocks within the Kingdom and Empire of EmoKingdom03_.
Licensing Requirement
Section One: All individuals seeking to purchase any firelock, including muskets, pistols, blunderbusses, and rifles, must obtain a firelocks license.
Section Two: The firelocks license shall be granted upon successful completion of the required training program as established by the Royal Council.
ARTICLE TWO
Training Program
Section One: The Royal Council shall establish and oversee training programs necessary for individuals to obtain a firelocks license.
Section Two: The training program shall ensure that all firelock owners are proficient in the safe and responsible use of firelocks.
Section Three: The training program shall include, but not be limited to, instruction on the handling, maintenance, and storage of firelocks.
ARTICLE THREE
Price of Firelocks
Section One: The prices for firelocks shall be as follows:
Musket: 25 Emrialds
Pistol: 15 Emrialds
Blunderbuss: 40 Emrialds
Rifle: 100 Emrialds
ARTICLE FOUR
Compliance and Enforcement
Section One: All firelock owners must comply with the regulations set forth in this bill.
Section Two: The Royal Council shall have the authority to enforce compliance and take necessary actions against any violations of this bill.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN DEBATED UPON BY THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT AND PASSED A MAJORITY VOTE.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN GRANTED ROYAL ASSENT BY THE ROYAL COUNCIL AND HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY DECLARED A LAW AS OF FEBRUARY 2ND, 2025.
