Fort Testudo

Fort Testudo is a military installation that was constructed on January 14th, 2025.

Fort Testudo was marked as officially finished on Febuary 2nd, 2025.

Fort Testudo is situated on Incursio Island, in Mortem Territory.

The fort's mission is to act as a base of military operations in the southeastern spawn region for the EmoKingdom Empire.

The fort is the nearest EmoKingdom03_ outpost to the Snowy Peak Kingdom.

Fort Testudo was the most expensive fort constructed in EmoKingdom03_ history until the construction of Royal Airbase SCUB. The fort's cost was due to its extensive safety systems and large stocks of TNT and other items.

Fort Testudo Background

Fort Testudo's Name

The name of Fort Testudo comes from the latin word Testudo, meaning "Turtle" in English.

The forts name is based on the shape of the fort from above, resembling a turtle.

Fort Testudo's Complex

Fort Testudo was built in a style similar to Fort Sauvagé, Fort Sagitta, & EmoKingdom03_ Castle.

The fort's structure is made up of four walls in a pentagonal shape with a cannon battery on each corner, along with a fifth cannon battery to the south.

As of January 2025, Fort Testudo is the largest military complex in the EmoKingdom03_ Military.

Fort Testudo's Deployments

Fort Testudo has been deployed at least three times.

In February of 2025, Fort Testudo was activated in an attack on Saverlime's Base during the Limette War.

The Siege of Saverlime's Base resulted in the EmoKingdom Empire gaining what is now Crescent Cliffs Colony.

In March of 2025, Fort Testudo was activated during the War of the Mountain Kingdom when it hosted a hanging.

Fort Testudo also supplied Fort Night with emergency TNT & cavalry supplies just prior to the battle.

In January of 2026, Fort Testudo was activated in an attack on a nearby compound.

Fort Testudo was only activated for auxiliary support and was not the main command base during the operation.

A Material Deployment Request authorizing TNT & Horses to be moved from Testudo and other forts to Fort Night.

Fort Testudo's Post-Deployment

Following the Siege of Saverlime's Base, Fort Testudo has shifted its mission from a defensive mission to a protective one.

Fort Testudo now serves to protect The Limette Territory, MooTown, Gaul Territory, Tropicus Island Territory, and surrounding allied outposts.

Fort Testudo remains one of the Empire's main locations for execution, hosting the Super S. Cubby Royal Gallows on its grounds. It was at this location where the execution of Dumbgamers22 took place during The War of the Mountain Kingdom and subsequent high-importance executions in following months.
