Colonial Laws are established by the rules set in the Colonial Representation Act.
Each colony has the right to establish a legislative assembly known as a House of Representatives.
Colonial Laws are passed by their respective House of Representatives & given assent by their Governor.
Governors also retain the right to establish laws and rules within their colony so long as they align with the Empire.
Laws passed by either a Governor or a Colonial House of Representatives require Royal Assent from the Royal Council.
The only current Colonial House of Representatives is Le Conseil de la Montagne in La Royaume de la Montagne.
Laws passed by a colony apply only within the borders of the colony that established them.
