LA CITE ROYALE ACT

Lord Dumbgamers22 II - Governor of La Royaume de la Montagne
With the unprecedented growth of Royaume de la Montagne from the contributions of EmoKingdom03_ and it's management of resources by Lord Dumbgamers22 II, this bill has been proposed to help expand the economic output of the colony.
Section One: With the establishment of the outline of the border wall, the Kingdom will plan to build a city that will encompass the colony from wall to wall.
Section Two: Zoning laws in the city will be established, with an industrial zone being established near the east of the border, the south and north holding being a combined residential and retail zone, and the west holding a mix of agricultural and commercial zoning, the only exception to this rule will be the Royal Exempt Zone, centered around the Historic Castle of RDLM.
ARTICLE TWO
Section One: The Colony, to help facilitate entrepreneurship and business, will offer land or housing to an agreed on set emriald price, to prominent members of the Kingdom
Section Two: The agreed on set price will change according to inflation, and will be updated accordingly on this document, with the current price being 5-10 emrialds depending on the size and acreage of the land.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN ENACTED BY THE GOVERNOR OF LA ROYAUME DE LA MONTAGNE AND HAS THUS BECOME A LAW WITHIN SAID COLONY.
