EXECUTION AVOIDANCE PUNISHMENT ACT of 2026

This Act establishes the criteria for when punishments should be used against executees who avoid execution and
the punishments to be used when a lawful execution is avoided or in any way evaded by the executee.
Definitions
Executioner: The person(s) who carries out the act of executing those people who are found guilty of a crime.
Executee: The person(s) executed by the executioner.
Offender: The executee(s) who avoid execution.
ARTICLE TWO
Criteria for Punishment
Section One: Punishment shall be carried out on any person who is facing lawful execution and does work intentionally to avoid or otherwise evade their own execution.
ARTICLE THREE
Punishments
Section One: Punishments shall include the following list though any punishments deemed necessary by the Royal Council or Divine Court may be used against the offender. Punishments may or may not be used depending on the situation as judged by the Royal Council or Divine Court. Any combination of punishments may be used against the offender, including none at all.
Section Two: Punishment List:
Execution
The hanging of chickens or other animals or livestock owned or managed in any way by the offender.
The flooding, with water or other liquids, of the bed chamber or primary place of sleeping of the offender.
The breeding of the offender's villagers or other animals or livestock owned, governed, or managed by the offender.
The construction of a grave on the offender's land or property.
The dyeing and subsequent shearing of the offender's sheep if they offender does own or manage sheep of any kind.
The unloading of the Royal Pockets in the chests or storage of the offender as to cause distress and clutter.
The milking of any cows owned or managed in any way by the offender.
ARTICLE FOUR
Prior Enforcement
Section One: Any punishment previously carried out in accordance with the rules set forth by this bill shall be considered legal and any person who has been charged with breaking the law in relation to the hanging of chickens or other animals prior to the passing of this bill shall be absolved of all crimes.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN DEBATED UPON BY THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT AND PASSED A MAJORITY VOTE.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN GRANTED ROYAL ASSENT BY THE ROYAL COUNCIL AND HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY DECLARED A LAW AS OF MARCH 19TH, 2025.
