The Battle of the Phantoms was fought on June 17th, 2024, 

between the French Navy under H.M. King Cubby and the ship "BALLS".

In June of 2024, The French Galleon "Le Fille Emo" docked on the southern side of the Dagger Tooth Outpost.

The French, while under flag of truce, entered the island with hopes of future alliance and with intent to sell goods previously found during their voyage, including multiple chests.

Upon searching for BALL's crew, King SuperCubby found his way into the outposts tavern,

finding the crew of the ship in the tavern's basement.

The King began peacefully conversing with the enemy crew, before accidentally displaying his weapon. 

The Crew of the ship BALLS quickly opened fire on the French officer, causing H.M. King Cubby to order the vessel "BALLS" sunk.

After the order was given, H.R.H. Lt King M Savuagé ordered the crew of Le Fille Emo to their battle stations,

quickly covering the enemy ship in a barrage of cannon and musket fire.

Members of the enemy crew then boarded le fille emo unsuccessfully, with multiple French troops taking to her defense.

Before the enemy vessel was sunk, multiple members of the ship's crew then stole the aforementioned chests and goods from Le Fille Emo, quickly selling them on Dagger Tooth Island.

After the enemy vessel was sunk, Le Fille Emo accepted the remaining crew of the ship BALLS onboard, taking them as prisoners of war, and ending this battle as a French victory.
