THE COMMON CRIMES ACT of 2025

Purpose (Preamble)
Section One: This Act establishes a legal framework to define and punish common crimes, ensuring justice, order, and the protection of all citizens within the EmoKingdom03_ Empire.
ARTICLE TWO
Crimes Against Persons
Section One: MURDER: The intentional killing of another person is prohibited and shall be punished by the highest penalties under the law.
Section Two: ASSAULT: The intentional infliction of physical harm upon another person is prohibited.
Section Three: KIDNAPPING: The unlawful confinement or abduction of another person against their will is prohibited.
Section Four: HARASSMENT: Repeated, unwanted behavior that causes distress or fear to another person is prohibited.
ARTICLE THREE
Crimes Against Property
Section One: THEFT: The unlawful taking of another person’s property without their consent is prohibited.
Section Two: BURGALRY: The unlawful entry into any building or structure with the intent to commit a crime is prohibited.
Section Three: ARSON: The intentional and malicious setting of fire to property is prohibited.
Section Four: VANDALISM: The deliberate destruction, defacement, or damage of property is prohibited.
ARTICLE FOUR
Crimes Against The Empire
Section One: TREASON: Acts of betrayal, rebellion, or seditious activities against the EmoKingdom03_ Empire are hereby forbidden.
Section Two: ESPIONAGE: The act of spying, or providing confidential data to enemies of the realm, shall be severely punished.
Section Three: SABOTAGE: Any intentional act aimed at damaging, disrupting, or destroying the kingdom’s infrastructure, resources, or military operations is prohibited.
ARTICLE FIVE
Crimes Against Public Order
Section One: RIOT :Taking part in or inciting violent public disturbances is prohibited.
Section Two: PUBLIC INTOXICATION AND DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Behavior that endangers public safety due to intoxication or disrupts public order shall be subject to legal action.
Section Three: RECKLESS ENDANGERMENT: Actions that recklessly endanger the lives or safety of others shall be considered criminal.
ARTICLE SIX
Crimes Against Justice
Section One: PERJURY: The act of lying under oath in any court of law is prohibited.
Section One: OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE: Interfering with legal proceedings, the duties of law enforcement, or judicial duties is forbidden.
Section One: BRIBERY: Offering, soliciting, or accepting any form of payment or favor intended to influence the actions of an official is prohibited.
ARTICLE SEVEN
Embezzlement and Forgery
Section One: FRAUD: Misrepresentation or deceit aimed at unlawfully obtaining property, money, or value from another is prohibited.
Section Two: EMBEZZLEMENT: The fraudulent appropriation of funds or property entrusted to an individual is a punishable offense.
Section Three: FORGERY: The creation, alteration, or use of a false instrument or signature with intent to deceive shall be deemed a crime under this Act.
ARTICLE EIGHT
Enforcement and Public Health
Section One: ENVIRONMENTAL DAMAGES: The willful destruction, contamination, or misappropriation of the natural resources (land, water, air) that serve the common good is prohibited.
Section Two: DESECRATION OF SACRED OR PROTECTED SITES. The intentional abuse or damage of areas considered natural, historical, or sacred to the empire will be punished. Protected sites may be declared as such by the Royal Council.
Section Three: PUBLIC HEALTH VIOLATIONS: Actions that deliberately or through extreme negligence pose serious threats to public health and safety shall be subject to legal penalties.
ARTICLE NINE
Enforcement and Penalties
Section One: Punishments for violations of this Act shall be determined by the courts of the EmoKingdom03_ Empire, with penalties scaled to the severity of each offense.
Section Two: Law enforcement agencies that are approved and allowed to operate by the Royal Council are duly authorized to investigate, apprehend, and prosecute all individuals suspected of violating the provisions of this Act.
Section Three: Special task forces may be established by the Ministry of Justice to combat organized crime, corruption, and systemic abuse in accordance with this Act.
Section Four: Those who have broken laws included in this law prior to its signing may still be found guilty.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN DEBATED UPON BY THE HOUSE OF PARLIAMENT AND PASSED A MAJORITY VOTE.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN GRANTED ROYAL ASSENT BY THE ROYAL COUNCIL AND HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY DECLARED A LAW AS OF APRIL 21ST, 2025.
