EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION FOR COLONIAL MILITIA

THE COLONIAL MILITIA ACT of 2024

In response to the imminent threat facing the Kingdom of Emokingdom03_, it is imperative to take immediate action to ensure the defense and security of the Empire. This emergency authorization empowers the Governors of each colony to raise a Colonial Militia and outlines the provisions for obtaining necessary funds and resources.
Authorization to Raise Colonial Militia
Section One: The Governor of each colony within the Kingdom of Emokingdom03_ is hereby authorized to begin raising a Colonial Militia in preparation for the defense of the Empire.
Section Two: The Colonial Militia shall be composed of able-bodied individuals from each colony, trained and equipped to defend against any threats to the Kingdom.
ARTICLE TWO
Provision of Emergency Funds and Resources
Section One: Should emergency funds and resources be needed for the preparation and equipping of the Colonial Militia, the Kingdom may provide the necessary support.
Section Two: Requests for funds and resources must be submitted to the Royal Council for approval and allocation.
Section Two: The Royal Council shall prioritize the distribution of funds and resources based on the urgency and needs of each colony.
ARTICLE THREE
Coordination and Communication
Section One: The Governors of each colony shall coordinate with the Royal Council to ensure the effective organization and deployment of the Colonial Militia.
Section Two: Regular updates on the status and readiness of the Colonial Militia shall be communicated to the Royal Council.
THIS EMERGENCY AUTHORIZATION HAS BEEN APPROVED BY A MEMBER OF THE ROYAL COUNCIL OF EMOKINGDOM03_ TO BE ENACTED INTO LAW.
THIS ACT HAS BEEN GRANTED ROYAL ASSENT BY THE ROYAL COUNCIL AND HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY DECLARED A LAW AS OF NOVEMBER 8TH, 2024.
