Add Contacts or Associates if applicable
Add D/L number for driving offences
Victim:
Victim Statement, NTVOC, DVRM(domestic only), medical forms or other documents– BDL under correct title
Update current address and phone number
Add Contacts or Associates if applicable
Witness:
Witness Statement – BDL under correct title
Add Contacts or Associates if applicable
Report Tab
General Report – include time and location of offence, facts and issues to support charge(s), time of arrest, 524 if applicable
Copies of Previous Releases/Probations – BDL under correct title “Copy of …”
Add any additional documents – make sure BDL under the person’s name associated with the document

Task CPIC for any stolen auto/property that has a VIN or serial number
