PIC – Assist Person to Hospital, apprehension

Requirements:

• PIC form, completed at the hospital – BDL into Niche

• Link all involved parties into the occurrence

• Notes – BDL into Niche

*Officers shall NOT assist medical personnel at medical and/or psychiatric facilities in the restraint of persons in crisis solely for the purpose of administering medication

*Remember to check CRFO for PIC.  Seize all Firearms/PAL as evidence.  General Report requesting Firearm Prohibition Hearing.   Future E-Tracker
