Requirements: (notify S/Sgt and CID if involving repeat offenders or domestics P&P 4.1.17)
General Report - include what type of communication, how identity of the sender of the communication was established, victim is fearful for their safety( for criminal harassment)
Victim/Witness Statements - make sure to ask if victim is fearful for their safety (must be fearful for criminal harassment)
Copy of Communication (screenshots) / Seize electronic device for warrant to obtain communication

Have you told the suspect to stop all communication?
