Driver's Licence/Permits

When obtaining the documents of the driver ensure that the driver's licence is valid and that they are abiding by the appropriate conditions.  This is especially true for G1, G2, M1 and M2 drivers.

Remember G1, G2, M1, M2 and drivers under the age of 22 are not permitted to operate a motor vehicle with any alcohol in their system.  Any reading above zero on an approved screening device is an HTA violation and subject to a 3 day licence suspension.
