Assaults

Requirements:

General Report - make sure to describe the assault, include details about any injuries. Did the victim receive medical attention
Victim -
- - - Statement
    - Photos of injuries - at the time of the occurrence and 24-48 hours after the incident
    - Medical Release form (if medical attention was received)
    - NTVOC
- Witness Statements
- Check for video
- Check all CPIC queries for Accused
- If Accused is CFRO positive - Seize PAL/Firearms, request Firearm Prohibition Hearing, Report to Justice
- MO Report

Questions for victim statement:

What happened?
Where did the assault take place?
When did the assault happen?
Describe how you were assaulted? (details of the assault like closed fist, what hand was used to hit .....)
Who assaulted the victim? What was the relationship with the accused?
What are your injuries?
Did you seek medical attention?
