Not to possess any instrument suitable for the purpose of breaking into any place or motor vehicle

Cell Phones and Social Media
Do not possess any cellular phones, pagers or personal digital assistant
Not to possess any cell phones, pagers or telecommunication devices.
not to operate any computer system for the purpose of accessing a social media network except for employment purposes".
Children
Not to be in the company of any child under the age of 18 years unless in the presence of a responsible adult.
Not to communicate or be in the company of any person under the age of 16 or engage in any activity that involves contact with persons under the age of 16 years, unless in the presence of your surety.
Not to attend any public park or public swimming area where persons under the age of 16 are present or reasonably expected to be present, or any daycare center, school ground, community center or playground.
Not to engage in any volunteer activities or employment that involve being in a position of trust or authority towards persons under the age of 16.
Credit/Debit Cards
Not to use or possess any debit card, credit card or related items in a name other than your own
Fire/Lighters
Not to possess any lighters, matches or other incendiary devices
Do not activate any fire alarm unless a fire emergency exists
Graffiti tools
Not to possess any graffiti tools such as marker, spray cans, nibs or caps for spray cans, etching tools, indelible ink, sprayers, of any sort.
Knives
not to possess any knives outside your place of residence except for the preparation and consumption of meals or in the course of legitimate employment or education
Remain in your Residence (House Arrest)
remain in your residence, unless in the direct company of your surety, except for lawful employment or medical or dental emergencies.
Not to be away from residence without surety, with the exception of medical emergencies.
Social Navigator
Actively Participate in the Social Navigation Program and Follow the Direction of the Paramedic Social Navigator for the City of Hamilton or their designate.
Stay away from court
Not to attend the John Sopinka Court House unless you are required to appear before the courts or you have a verifiable legal matter
Stay out of Hamilton
Not to be in the city of Hamilton other than for court purposes or prearranged appointments with legal counsel
Vehicle
not to operate a motor vehicle, unless in the company of your surety, except for medical/dental emergencies involving you or your family.
Not to occupy a motor vehicle unless in the presence of the registered owner
