What happened?
When did this happen?
Where did this happen?
What was damaged?
What is the cost of the damage?
Is there video of the offense?
Do you know who caused the damage?
Were there any witnesses to the offense?
Do you have pictures of the damage?
For Graffiti -
Can you describe the graffiti? Colour? Size? Words?
What was used to make the graffiti? (example - paint, markers, spray paint, ……)
