Steps for Report to Justice

1. Complete the Report to a Justice (Form 5.2)

2. Sign the Report to a Justice

3. Email the Report to a Justice to Hamilton-Criminal-Intake-Court@ontario.ca

4. Once the Report to a Justice is signed by a Judge or Justice, the Report to a Justice will be emailed back to you

5. BDL the signed Report to a Justice under  “Return/Report to Justice (External document occurrence report)”
