Property Entries

When adding property, ONE of the following must be included in classification:

EXHIBIT - retain for case
SAFEKEEPING - can be returned to linked owner; will be disposed in 90 days
FOUND - unknown owner, will be disposed in 90 days
DISPOSAL APPROVED - can be disposed immediately, GOR should reflect this

*Link the owner to the property if they are known
*Link OIC as responsible officer.  If OIC is not linked to the property, the system will default responsible officer to you
