RS-0666, also known as the Dreadstalker is an entity created via experiments of Site-Alpha. RS-0666 was a former Security Class-0 Foundation Personnel with the name "Harry Crow" before he was involved in a Site-Alpha experiment. RS-0666 wears a three-piece brown suit and a large brown hat. The Dreadstalker is equipped with a huge scythe and uses it along with its huge claws to exterminate its victims. Walking in three loops around the scarecrow figure of Dreadstalker in its containment chamber provokes the subject which will hunt the person. Contrary to popular belief, saying "scarecrow" does not provoke RS-0666.

RS-0666 has the ability to track down specific individuals it picks, making them the only person capable of interacting with the subject during the hunt. As said, looping 3 times around the scarecrow in its containment provokes it, making individuals who say it more likely to be hunted. 95% of the time, these hunts end in death. It can also haunt random people as it wishes.
