Anomaly Description
SCP-914 is a massive machine with three main components. An input chamber, a main modular chamber of controls, and an output chamber. SCP-914 has many mechanical gears within the main module. Upon the main module is a set of five types, and an activation gear. These five listed types from left to right are: ‘Rough’, ‘Coarse’, ‘1:1’, ‘Fine’, and ‘Very Fine’.
When a subject with items in their inventory is placed into the input chamber, and the activation triggered is pulled, the output chamber will have a result of that upgraded item(s) corresponding to the type selected. For instance, a ‘1:1’ setting will produce an object of equal value to the original, whereas a ‘Fine’ setting will produce an improved object from the original.
Special Containment Procedures
SCP-914 is contained in a large open room. There is a large viewing glass and computers outside of it. This is available to those who have met the item’s restrictions. This item is located within Site Epsilon in the Moderate Containment Zone.
Special Research Procedures
Requires an SU Unit.
Test Subjects that are in possession of objects acquired via SCP-914 are to have said objects confiscated at the end of the test.
