Anomaly Description
SCP-173 is a sentient humanoid concrete statue that is extremely hostile and deadly with no origin. Its body is composed of rebar and concrete, with spray paint around its humanoid-shaped facial region. It is covered in gunshots and blood. SCP-173 has exactly three arms/hands. SCP-173 has two ways that it can move, those ways being walking or teleporting. SCP-173 when walking can easily outpace someone. SCP-173 can teleport in the blink of an eye, it can teleport from large distances, and teleportation is its primary way of traveling.
SCP-173 travels using teleportation of some kind that is faster than a blink of an eye (although it is capable of walking). SCP-173 has many capabilities listed as:
SCP-173 has a few melee attacks;
SCP-173 can crush individuals with its hands.
SCP-173 can throw a piece of rebar at high speeds, which can stun and pin individuals to a wall. However, if the rebar hits the head it will be fatal.
SCP-173 can charge up a dash attack that will result in the deaths of anyone that is in it's path.
SCP-173 can also cling to the ceiling and travel on the ceiling.
Special Containment Procedures
SCP-173 is contained within the Moderate Containment Zone in an isolated containment chamber. When the doors are opened, test-subjects are required to maintain a line of sight of SCP-173 at all times until the doors close.
