Charles resigns to become Executive Advisor with no voting power

Denis to  become Executive Director, President and Treasurer

Nicole to be a board member only: all positions voted on

We have tax exemption 

Go after 2 types of grants:

supportive-insurance, lawyers cost, ink, paper, website

Consulting-DVA

Do we agree to go forward with DVA for consulting? Voted yes
