SMES Sport's Management

Project Description 

My project is starting with the sports management team.  This involves teaching kids how to track the score during sport games, doing flags for volleyball, and this also includes teaching volunteers leadership, organization, and sports rules, we are recruiting members for SMES SPORTS MANAGEMENT.

Reflection

I have contributed to the Sports area in many ways, and so have others that were taught. I taught people on how to manage the score boards, the rules of the game, and how to work on the book. Every game I helped out, and when I couldn't I would recruit someone to take my position for that game. I showed leadership by teaching others and helping out.

In the beginning I struggled because I didn't know much about sports, but I decided that this is a very important part to help out at school. I struggled learning the book for basketball because it is very difficult and complicated. But I was successful. I was able to help other students with their struggle in learning the rules. I grew as a leader by having more patience, listening, and adapting to new rules faster.
