Sunshine Salad

Ingredients:

1 pkg orange gelatin - small

1 cup miniature marshmallows

1 cup mandarin orange section

1/2 cup cream - whipped or 1 cup cool whip

Directions:

1) Prepare orange gelatin as package directs, then chill until slightly thickened

2) Fold in orange sections, marshmallows, and whipped cream

3) Pour into mold and chill until firm
