INGREDIENTS
• 1½ Packs Graham Crackers (the small packs within the box)
• 1½ Cups Chopped Pecans
• ½ Cup of White Sugar
• 1 Stick of Butter
• 1 Stick of Margarine
DIRECTIONS
• Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.
• Spray a rimmed cookie sheet with original Pam, then wipe with a paper towel – to smooth the cooking spray.
• Break each graham cracker in four along the perforated lines. Line cookie sheet with graham crackers.
• In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar, butter and margarine. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes (set your timer). Remove from heat and pour mixture over graham crackers, coating well (I use a metal spoon to spread).
• Sprinkle evenly with pecans.
• Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, until golden (set your timer).
• Cool completely before serving. I break them apart as soon as they’re cool enough to handle.
