Make in Crock Pot
Ingredients:
6 frozen or thawed chicken breasts
1 package of taco seasoning
1 16 oz jar of Paul Newman Salsa
1 block of cream cheese
Directions:
1) Place frozen chicken breasts in the crock pot.
2) Sprinkle taco seasoning over this and pour the salsa over this.
3) Turn crock pot on low and cook 8 hours.
4) Use 2 forks to shred chicken apart.
5) Put the block of cream cheese in the chicken and let to melt for 15 minutes.
6) Stir together and serve in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings.
Note:
****** Makes a huge amount -- I freeze the left over chicken and make chicken taco salads for another meal. I usually put only 4 chicken breasts in if its just the 2 of us!!
