Joan's Macaroni and Cheese
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups dry elbow macaroni noodles
2 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
1 1/2 cups milk
2 eggs
2 T. (Tablespoon) Margarine
Directions
1) Cook noodles in salted water until tender.
2) Spray dish and alternate noodles and cheese layers.
3) Whisk milk and eggs and pour over noodles.
4) Dot the top with little pieces of margarine.
5) Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.
