Corn Casserole
Ingredients:
2 cans shoepeg corn
1 8 oz package of cream cheese
1/2 stick of butter
Small can of jalapeno peppers - chopped
Chopped pimento - small jar
Directions:
1) Mix cream cheese and butter
2) Don't drain peppers. Mix in corn and peppers
3) Heat in 350 degree oven until piping hot
