Cream Cheese and Olive Dip - Aunt Annette
Ingredients:
2 8-oz packages of 1/3 less fat cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 cup finely chopped olives stuffed with pimento
Directions:
1) Soften cream cheese in microwave in a medium size bowl
2) Add mayonnaise and stir until well blended with a fork or small wisk
3) Add Olives (a mini food processor is helpful for chopping)
Serve as a dip with fritos or as a spread on Ritz crackers or as a stuffing for celery
Serves 10 - 12
