Cleaning Steps For Stainless Steel Carafe Such As Cuisinart
This will clean the inside grime
1) Put 1 cup of baking soda inside stainless steel carafe
2) Boil enough water to completely fill the carafe
3) Pour boiling water into carafe - the baking soda will start to foam....fill with boiling water until full
4) Let the carafe sit for one hour with the lid on
5) After one hour, pour the dirty water contents out
6) Using an abrasive sponge or steel wool, and with tongs, scrap the inside of the carafe to remove any remaining residue still present.
7) Wash completely out with normal hot water
8) Fill with dish detergent and hot water and let sit for a bit and then completely rinse
