SNIP TOOL

You can screen grab anything on your computer screens using the snip tool. You can find the tool by using the desktop search function. It is located next to the "Windows" icon.

Type in "Snip Tool" and select. A pair of scissors will show up on your desktop dashboard/taskbar. (Across the bottom.)

If you use this often, right click on it and choose "pin to taskbar."

To grab a shot of something, click "NEW" - the screens will gray out. Use your mouse to select what you want to snip. It will become full color when you select the area. When you let go of your mouse, the shot will be on your screen. You can either click on the two pieces of paper to copy the picture (and for example, paste it into an email) or you can "SAVE AS" to save the picture to your computer.
