Don't "Request Access" to the form; download it.

Here's how:

In the upper left hand side, click on the "FILE" button, then choose "DOWNLOAD". Choose where you'd like to download it. i.e. Word Doc.

Click to open it. Type in your information.

Be sure to save the form and name it - "SAVE AS" then "SHARE" with Kim Stripling.

The tickets are designated for clients first, and if we have no client requests for the date you are requesting, Kim Stripling will contact you.

All tickets are paperless, so you will need to supply an email address that you will have on your phone to present at the ticket gates.
