ENPS: You should have your AP news alert bar up at the top of the screen.

Don't have it? Go to the hamburger (stacked lines above the "APPS" icon in the upper left). Click on "RESTORE ALERT BAR"

NOTE: Want to check alerts to see if you've missed anything? Click on the yellow circle on the flag -- in this picture above, there are 88 alerts.

TURNING ON AP NEWS ALERT NOTIFICATIONS:

Go to the hamburger in the upper left and select: "OPTIONS"

Then select: "PERSONAL SETTINGS"

Click on "NOTIFICATIONS" then select which notifications you'd like to receive.
