This is included in your suite of Microsoft products, but the news director is the owner of FOX4’s channels and must invite. Digital manager Andrew Lynch will request access to relevant channels for Nexstar Digital
· Microsoft Outlook (Desktop app)
This is included with your Microsoft products. Suggest you use the desktop app to keep tab space free while you’re at work. You can log in on your phone through a web browser, you must have two-factor authentication set up.
· Outlook email distribution lists (Email)
This should be taken care of before your first day. If you’re not on a list that you think you need to be on, please contact Andrew Lynch who will get the IT director’s help.
· Slack
This is a unique account that you’ll use your email address and individual password to log into. Andrew Lynch will set up your account and make sure you’re a member in all necessary channels.

Andrew Lynch will set up your account with your station email, you’ll create a password to access this system that runs our livestream, gives us the ability to cut content from shows, and allows to livestream breaking news events outside of our newscasts.
