The computer with TONS (our file video archive) is on a desk outside Edit Bay One.
The TONS page is already up - you do not need to log in. Just do your search in the search bar.
Once you find what you want, save it to LACIE.
(It's a drive on the computer.)
Here's how: download the video in TONS.
(Click the green 'down' arrow under the video.)
The computer will ask 'where do you want to save it?' You'll choose LACIE.
Photogs and editors can access LACIE and retrieve the video.
(Make sure you put a note in the script about where to find the vid.)
