Give the caller our phoner line, 816-756-5312, and ask them to call in, either at a certain time - or right away. (Make sure the producer/director knows it's coming. Include person's name and title when passing along a phoner.) The producer answers the call, confirms the person's name, then checks with audio to see if the call is latched in. If yes, proceed with live phoner.
