How To Download SVG Files For Cricut

  1. First, go to Cricut Design Space, and sign in or create your Cricut ID.

  1. Next, tap on Create New Project.

  1. On your bottom left side, tap on Upload.

  1. Once inside the Upload field, tap on Upload Image.

  1. After that, browse where you have stored the SVG image file.

  1. Once you find your SVG file, tap on it to open it in Cricut Design Space.

Upload Your SVG File To Cricut Design Space

Don’t tap on your SVG file to open it. By default, SVG files will open in a browser. Instead, log into Cricut Design Space on your PC and create a new project. Tap on the Upload Cloud icon in your left side toolbar. On your next screen, tap on the Upload Image button. Browse to locate and select your SVG file from PC, then open your file to import. Once your image preview is loaded, you have the option to add tags to make it easier to find your image later. Tap on the green Save button on your bottom right side. Preparing To Cut Your Project

Once ready to send to your Cricut machine, tap on the green Make It button. Cricut Design Space automatically selects a 12 x 12″ mat and sorts the pieces.
