After cutting, use Cricut tools to remove the excess vinyl. The transfer tape will be a great help for this type of project. The transfer tape helps hold the vinyl in place as you move it from the vinyl backing onto your project.
Cut a piece of transfer tape, remove the backing, and burn it against the front of your cut vinyl. Then remove the vinyl from its support to stick to the transfer tape.
Lastly, place your design on the water bottle and burn it to the surface. Then carefully peel off the transfer tape.
