Step 1: First, you must measure your leather and size the cut file in the Cricut design space. Make sure you have done the measurement perfectly so it can easily fit on your leather.
Step 2: Next, we have to work with two layers – The words and the other one is check marks. It’s effortless to cut both layers on the same mat. I love using this trick.
What you have to do is – First ungroup the layers. Once you finish ungrouping, drag the check marks layer over and beside the rest of the files. As you click on the “Make it,” you can see that it puts each of these layers on separate mats.

Step 3: Now, you have to change the color of the second layer so that it can match the first layer. Here, once again, you have to click “Make it.” As you click the “Make it,” it will put both layers on one mat.
