Week 1 / Orientation (About 5 to 20 minutes)
__ Set up your CGPS lists, notes etc. in a notebook or on your phone i.e. "My Totally Awesome Marriage." We’ll be putting several different lists in this as we go. For now you could start 1 list for personal CGPS goals & actions you may develop as we go.
__ Set a regular time for your S&A Interviews with your S&A Partner. (We'll post the directory after the 1st night).
Week 2 / Agreement 1 / Live Life Intentionally) (About 30 to 60 minutes).
__ Determine your morning power hour. What does it look like for you? i.e. prayer, exercise, planning etc.
__ Launch Relationship Cleanse. Zero conversation about your relationship. 100% increase in chit-chat. Trust us. You can do this.
__ Share Your "Managing Outgoing" good news with each other. ⬅ Scroll down to #2 ("Launch"). Note: This link goes to 50 pages of reading, but Section 1 & 2 (about 2 pages) are all that's vital. The rest is for the "Stout of Heart."
__ Launch Nightly Check-In Just Part 1 (meaning, "chit-chat").
Week 3 - Agreement 2 / Underlying Trust (About 5 to 20 minutes)
__ Spend 5 to 20 minutes breaking through distrust to trust. Click here 😎
__ Introduce Part 2 into your “Nightly Check-In.” Make sure your requests are U.S.A. requests.
Week 4 - Agreement 3 (Boundaries) (About 10 to 20 minutes)
__ Read more about “Managing Outgoing” - one of the most important pieces of CGPS.
__ After reading it, share how it applies to you (not your spouse) and what promise it might hold for the future.
__ Share your Managing Incoming good news with each other. ⬅ (Click to the left. It's at the top of the T.O.C.)
Week 5 - Agreement 4 (Love vs. Control)
__ Study "Gift Card" options. Consider which gifts seem to be calling to you in your marriage. Consider "Talk Cards" as a premiere option... suggested at the right time, in the right spirit. We talk about this more in the Saturday training.
Week 6 - Agreement 5 (Heal the Real Wounds)
__ Write & Share with the subject line, "What's Missing" (Section 4 - Question 10). Click here to go to "Write & Share" subject lines. The instructions for how to do "Write & Share" are at the top of the page.
Week 7 - Agreement 6 (Show Up as Your Real & Best Self)
Week 8 - Agreement 7 (Assist Loved Ones in Showing Up)
Take every negative thought prisoner and into rehabilitation for the next 7 days.
Week 9 - Agreement 8 (Face Into the Wind)
__ With your arms open wide, repeat this prayer every day this week (or anything like it): "Dear Heavenly Father, I’m so thankful for everything, just as it is- especially for the opportunity of growth, service, love & happiness inside of ____________ (whatever situation is causing you resistance). Thank you for the strength to face into the wind and into the fire, and for the joy that’s on the other side. Thank you for making weak things strong and bringing me home.”
Week 10 - Agreement 9 (I Cause My World)
__ As you've continued to look for yourself as the cause, consider taking feelings you've been discovering into the arms of Jesus by studying the LDS ARP manual and perhaps even taking in a few meetings. Click here for ARP resources.

1) Revisit or start your "100 Things I love or appreciate about you" list.
2) Make sure you've included aspects of what you love, appreciate or admire about your spouse, even (and especially if) he or she isn't completely showing up in this way i.e. "I love how you hold my hand when we walk" (even if he or she often forgets to).
3) Read 10 to 100 of your favorite entries (including aspects discussed above) to your spouse.

🚀 Week 9 - Agreement 8 - Face Into the Wind (Choose the Road of Greatest Opportunity)
__ Listen to "Principles of Mastery" & "CGPS Objectives" (7 minutes)
__ If you didn't do this in the class, write on a piece of paper the words: “Any other path of actions other than the actions or habits I feel called into- actions I resist, but that I know will fill my life with goodness and happiness and bring me home to God.” This piece of paper is your “ship” (the one you’re burning). It symbolizes your inclination to face away from the wind of opportunity to grow and change that’s before you. Please fold it up (and if you have an envelop, address it to "God") and burn it- letting its smoke rise into God’s arms where He will make weak things strong.
🚀 Week 10 - Agreement 9 (I Cause My World) (Look for Your Self as the Cause)
__ Listen to "Principles of Mastery" & "CGPS Objectives" (7 minutes)
__ Register for personal coaching or find a good couples therapist. You've embraced the past. Now, circle back to Agreement 1 and create a new future.
