Your Mastery Journal can be a physical notebook, a google doc., evernote- whatever works for you. As has been said, what you appreciate, appreciates!Β What you notice begins to appear even more. Consider 1 or more of these 4 dimensions (You may want to print this page or copy and paste it into whatever you're using for your journal).Β
1) Iβm grateful for ______ (and/or how you've seen the hand of the Lord in your life).
2) Celebration of forward movement- "How Iβm getting closer to ______", or "Whatβs working for me is _____"
3) Crashes and Re-commitment.Β "How I moved away from what I want" or "what didnβt work", or
βToday I _______ ). What Iβm going to do about it is ______ and/or what Iβm going to do to guarantee my results is _______."
4) Breakthroughs - In connection with the path between where I am and where Iβm going, something thatβs really getting clear i.e. "What I'm seeing is (that) _______).
