Easy Stuffed Cookies 🧸♥️ – A Fun & Delicious Treat!
Stuffed cookies are one of my favorite baking hacks, and these Easy Stuffed Cookies are a total game-changer! 🧸♥️ Using store-bought cookie mix makes the process quick and effortless, while the surprise gooey filling inside takes them to the next level. Whether you’re stuffing them with truffles, frozen scoops of cookie butter, or Nutella, these cookies are irresistibly soft, chewy, and bursting with flavor.
To make them even more fun, I decorated them with tiny teddy bear cookies and rolled them in colorful rainbow baking confetti. The result? A whimsical, bakery-style treat that’s easy enough for beginners yet delicious enough to impress anyone!
✔️ Super Simple to Make – Using store-bought cookie mix saves time!
✔️ Endless Filling Possibilities – Stuff them with truffles, cookie butter, Nutella, peanut butter, caramel, or marshmallows!
✔️ Soft, Chewy & Gooey in the Center – The ultimate texture!
✔️ Perfect for Any Occasion – Great for parties, gifts, or just because!
✔️ Adorable & Fun – The teddy bear cookies + rainbow confetti make them extra special.
I used a store-bought cookie mix (you can choose chocolate chip, sugar cookie, or peanut butter—whatever you love!).
I followed the package instructions and mixed in the wet ingredients (usually butter and eggs) to create a soft dough.
The best part of these cookies? The gooey surprise inside!
I experimented with:
🍫 Chocolate Truffles – A melty chocolate center!
🍪 Frozen Scoops of Cookie Butter – The dreamiest, rich filling.
🌰 Nutella – A deliciously creamy, hazelnut-chocolate surprise.
🥜 Peanut Butter or Caramel – Because why not?!
I took a small scoop of cookie dough and flattened it into a disc.
Placed my chosen filling (a truffle, frozen cookie butter, or Nutella) in the center.
Covered it with another piece of cookie dough and sealed the edges to completely hide the filling.
Before baking, I pressed a tiny teddy bear cookie on top of each stuffed cookie. 🧸
Then, I rolled the edges in rainbow baking confetti for a fun, festive look!
Placed the cookies on a lined baking sheet and baked them at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
Let them cool slightly before taking a bite—so the filling stays warm and gooey!
✔️ Freeze the Fillings First! – If using cookie butter, Nutella, or caramel, scoop and freeze for 30 minutes before stuffing to keep them from melting too fast.
✔️ Don’t Overstuff! – A little goes a long way—too much filling can cause leaks.
✔️ Seal the Dough Well – Make sure to completely enclose the filling to keep it inside.
✔️ Use Parchment Paper – Prevents sticking and helps with even baking.
✔️ Let Them Cool for a Few Minutes – The centers will stay gooey but won’t be too hot!
🎁 As a Gift – Wrap them in a cute box or bag for the sweetest homemade treat.
🍪 With a Glass of Milk – The ultimate comfort snack.
🎉 For Parties & Celebrations – They’re a huge hit at birthdays and holidays!
🍨 With Ice Cream – A warm stuffed cookie + a scoop of vanilla ice cream = heavenly!
🧸 For Kids & Adults Alike – Who doesn’t love a fun, surprise-filled cookie?!
These Easy Stuffed Cookies are truly next-level delicious and so fun to make! Whether you fill them with chocolate truffles, gooey Nutella, or creamy cookie butter, they always turn out amazing. Plus, the teddy bear cookies + rainbow confetti make them extra cute and festive!
