Oreo cookies (regular or double-stuffed for extra yumminess)
Bright White Sweet Shoppe Melting Wafers (from Stover & Company)
Lollipop sticks or paper straws
Mini chocolate chips or black candy pearls (for the eyes & buttons)
Orange sprinkle or candy piece (for the carrot nose)
Melted dark chocolate or edible food pen (for the mouth)
Optional decorations: Mini scarves (fondant or fruit roll-ups), earmuffs (mini M&Ms + licorice), or candy cane sticks
Carefully twist open each Oreo and place a lollipop stick into the center.
Add a small dab of melted chocolate on the cream to help secure the stick.
Press the cookie back together and let it set for a few minutes.
Using Stover & Company’s Bright White Sweet Shoppe Melting Wafers, melt the chocolate in 20-second intervals in the microwave, stirring between each round until smooth.
If needed, add a tiny bit of coconut oil for an extra smooth consistency.
Hold the Oreo pop by the stick and dip it fully into the melted white chocolate.
Tap off the excess chocolate by gently tapping the stick against the side of the bowl.
Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them harden completely.
Now the fun part—giving your snowmen personality!
👀 Eyes & Buttons:
Use mini chocolate chips, black sugar pearls, or black icing to create the snowman’s eyes and buttons.
🥕 Carrot Nose:
Stick on an orange sprinkle, small piece of fondant, or a candy piece for the perfect carrot nose!
😊 Mouth:
Use melted dark chocolate (piped with a toothpick or piping bag) or an edible food pen to draw a cute, smiley face!
🧣 Scarves & Earmuffs (Optional):
Cut fruit roll-ups, fondant, or licorice strips into thin pieces and wrap around the "neck" for a little scarf!
Use mini M&Ms for earmuffs, attaching them with melted chocolate, and add a thin piece of licorice as the headband.
Allow the snowman Oreo pops to fully harden at room temperature or pop them into the fridge for a few minutes.
Once set, they’re ready to enjoy, gift, or use as hot chocolate stirrers!
🎁 Gift Idea: Wrap them individually in clear treat bags and tie with a festive ribbon!
❄️ Storage: Keep them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week.
☕ Fun Tip: Stir them into warm milk or hot cocoa for a delicious, melty surprise!
These Snowman Oreo Pops are so simple, yet so magical! Whether you’re making them for a holiday party, as a fun baking activity with kids, or as edible gifts, they are guaranteed to bring winter joy. ❄️☃️
