How to Make Valentine’s Teddy S’more Pops

1️⃣ Gather Your Ingredients

• Marshmallows (regular-sized for classic s’mores or jumbo for extra gooeyness!)

• Graham crackers, broken into squares

• Milk chocolate melting wafers – I used a blend of @stoverandcompany Sweet Shoppe milk chocolate melting wafers & Eleven O One Deluxe milk chocolate melting wafers 🍫

• Paper straws or lollipop sticks (for holding the pops!)

• Mini Teddy Bear Cookies 🧸 (Teddy Grahams work great!)

• Valentine’s sprinkles (hearts, pink/red/white, whatever fits your theme!)

• Extra melted chocolate for decorating

• Optional: White chocolate or pink candy melts (for drizzling!)

2️⃣ Insert the Straws & Set

1️⃣ Melt a small amount of chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.
2️⃣ Dip the tip of a paper straw or lollipop stick into the melted chocolate, then insert it into the center of a marshmallow.
3️⃣ Place the marshmallows on a parchment-lined tray and let them set for about 5-10 minutes in the fridge. This helps secure the straw!

3️⃣ Dip in Chocolate

1️⃣ Melt the remaining milk chocolate melting wafers in the microwave, stirring until silky smooth.
2️⃣ Holding the straw, dip each marshmallow into the melted chocolate, coating it evenly.
3️⃣ Let the excess chocolate drip off, then place the marshmallow onto a graham cracker square.
4️⃣ Sandwich with another graham cracker on top and gently press to create the perfect s’more pop!

4️⃣ Decorate!

1️⃣ While the chocolate is still wet, press a mini teddy bear cookie onto the s’more to make it extra adorable! 🧸
2️⃣ Add a drizzle of melted white chocolate or pink candy melts for extra flair! 💕
