Ingredients:

-1tbsp chia seeds (https://amzn.to/4a8Pn6D you can grab your chia seeds from the link)
-1tbsp maple syrup(https://amzn.to/4007SFH you can grab your syrup from the link)
-50g oat milk
-1 espresso shot
Topping:
3 tbsp protein (optional) yogurt
2 tbsp date syrup or use maple syrup
Cacao powder to cover the bowl
Method:
-In a bowl mix all the ingredients together and sit well. Check consistency and see if you need to add more milk.
-Cover and refrigerate, you can keep this overnight or as little as 2 hours.
-Add the yogurt and date syrup mix well and pour over the oats, spread across
-Finish with cacao powder

This keeps in the fridge for 2 days if you are making a batch for the week!
