The Staff File is a Workflow module and acts as a useful document manager where you can store - and easily access - all Staff documentation and information.

Navigation
Main Menu > Workspace > Staff File
Search - This allows you to sort and view records by module, record number or customer with the module search, number search and text search fields.
Data filter - This allows you to view Staff File by Date and Status.
Data grid - This grid allows you to sort Staff Files in the business by Date, User, Staff and Type.
Staff File Interface

Main Menu > Workspace > Staff File > Edit
Data filter - This allows you to link the Staff File to Staff, Status and Type.
Items - This shows the Actions that are linked to the Staff File.
Add - This button has functionality to add documents, as well as any other Action that was specified during Setup.
Reminders - This allows you to set Reminders in order to drive a process forward.
Menu - Functionality is included to Add or Edit a Staff record.
