This module allows you to effectively manage the leave schedule of your staff.
Main Menu > HR > Leave > View
4. Staff - This shows for which member of Staff the leave is scheduled.
5. Leave Rule - This shows what type of Leave the member of Staff has requested, and is set-up in Main Menu > Setup > Settings and Defaults > Settings > Human Resources (HR). For more, click here.
6. Date Start - End - This shows the duration of the Leave.
7. Total Days - This is automatically calculated, based on the Start and End Dates.
8. Proof - This check box is to show if the Staff member has provided proof for Sick Leave.
9. File Name - Attachments, such as a Doctor's note, can be uploaded here. A Note can also be added.
10. Summaries - This show who created and updated the entry, as well as date and time.
11. New - Once you have selected a staff member, clicking New will allow you to create a leave record for them.
