Discover Help Menu

  1. System Messages - This will open the System Messages side-panel. The System Messages side-panel is used for receiving and updating Paper Prices as well as license renewal.
    • This function is only available if the User-Access has been set-up in Main Menu > Setup > Staff > Edit > Settings > System > System Messages - Access Allowed - Yes.
  2. Renew License - Select this option to renew the license using the license key received by e-mail. Find more on License Renewal here.
  3. Email QuickEasy Helpdesk - This generates an email to contact Helpdesk from QuickEasy.
  4. Start Remote Support - This allows Helpdesk to access your computer in order to remotely assist you. Ensure that the Support.exe app is in the same directory as the QuickEasy exe else nothing will happen when this option is selected.
  5. Online Documentation - This provides access to the helpful online documentation for setup and support information.
  6. Internal Documentation - This provides access to the online documentation for support information.
  7. Enable DB Monitor - This is for Helpdesk to view why a module or procedure is slow or broken.
  8. Terms of Use - This provides access to the online Terms of Use page on the QuickEasy Software website.
  9. About QuickEasy Software - This is in order to view your version of QuickEasy.
