This menu has menu items that are important to the business but do not necessarily fall into a specific category, such as Linked Transactions, Audits, Asset Register and Reports.

1. Linked Transactions

Navigation

Main Menu > General > Linked Transactions > View

The Linked Transactions side panel allows you to view Transactions linked to the selected Transaction. Use the following fields to Filter the records you wish to view.

1. Module - Select the desired Module here. You can select Sales Order, Work Order, Purchase Order and Customer Invoice.
2. Transaction Number - Enter the desired Transaction Number you wish to view here.
3. Stock - This will filter the records to only show Material Movement Transactions.
4. Items - This allows you to view the records at an Items level.
5. Search field - Here you can enter any description you wish to find within the selected Transaction.

It can also be accessed from the following modules: QT, SO, WO, DN, CI, CC, MM, PO, SI, SC, Reports. When running SO/WO combined, the linked WO is displayed, but it will drill-down to the linked SO. This module only works if there is a link to SO, WO or PO.

2. Audits

Main Menu > General > Audits > View

This side panel provides an audit trail of actions taken per module by user, date, type (action taken) and the details.

3. Asset Register

Navigation

Main Menu > General > Asset Register > View

This is where a list of the business assets can be stored, including fields for Cost Centre, Serial No, Year purchased, Unit Cost, Replacement value, and more.
