Customer Summary

The Customer Summary gives you an instant overview of all the Contact details, Accounting details and Transaction history, and is a powerful tool that can be used for instant reporting purposes, as well as real-time CRM. This summary view is displayed in the side-panel for ease of reference. You can open the Customer Summary from all the Customer Transactions as well as from the Customer Age Analysis.

Discover Customer Summary

The Customer Summary side-panel consists of four tabs:

  1. Search
  2. Detail
  3. Account
  4. Transactions

Navigation

Main Menu > Customers > Customer Summary

1. Search

Here you can search for the desired Customer. The selected Customer's name will be displayed at the top of the window.

2. Detail

This shows you the General details, Contact details and Contacts for the selected Customer.

3. Account

  1. Accounting Detail - This reflects the Customer's accounting detail, such as VAT number and Customer account number.
  2. Credit Detail - The Customer's Terms, Credit Application Date, Secured and Approved credit limits are reflected here.
  3. Ageing - The Customer Age Analysis is shown here, along with the Current and Unallocated amounts.
  4. Credit - The Customer's Total, WiP, Total + WiP, Credit Limit and Available balances are shown here.
  5. Activity - This graph reflects the business's interaction with the Customer, relative to Quotations, Orders and Invoices.

4. Transactions

This shows you all the Transactions linked to the selected Customer.
